Established in 1976, the Southwest Florida Community Foundation promotes philanthropy and builds a spirit of community to enhance the quality of life for all citizens throughout Lee, Charlotte, Hendry, Glades and Collier counties. The Community Foundation administers more than 320 endowed funds and has $57 million in assets.

Through the generosity of its donors, the Southwest Florida Community Foundation has awarded more than $30 million in grants and scholarships.
